Lost Outlook and Office after running FIXBLAST

I ran Symatec's FIXBLAST to get rid of the LovSAN worm on
two Win2000Pro machines. Got rid of it, but now anytime I
try to use Office or Outlook, I get a message that says "
This application must be installed to run. Please run
setup from the location where you originally installed the
application." What the heck happened?
 
Do you have your Office media? I'd reinstall. Who knows what happened....did
you get both computers patched with *all* critical updates (except SP4 if
you don't feel ready) from Windows Update? Got a firewall? Got good AV
software?
