Lost Office 2003 Because IT Forgot To Save It

Hello Office Users.Have any issues with your Microsoft Office?
I had Microsoft Office 2003 on my PC but an IT repaired a Virus issue and
forgot to back up my Office 2003. Is there anyway I can download Office 2003
for free? Or at least Word 2003 for free?
 
something just like that happened to me... and what does IT mean? and can
anyone help me and the philw9642002?
