Lost 'News' Menu Item

I moved 'News' icon from Customize... to become a menu
item in the 'Go' Menu list. It has now disappeared and is
no longer in the Customize... menu item.

How can I retrieve this function.

Make sure OE is selected as the default newsreader in Control Panel->
Internet Options-> tab Programs
You might need to reset the Outlook Toolbar by renaming outcmd.dat to
outcmd.old
