Outlook 2003 - News menu item missing

Yesterday, I followed the directions in Help to add the News item to
the Go menu. It worked. But today, the News item isn't on the Go
menu, or anywhere that I can find. I went back into the Customize
dialog and it's now gone from there as well. Does anybody know how I
can get it back?

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.
