Lost news category from go list. How do I recover?

When trying to add the News category to the Go menu on the taskbar in
Microsoft Outlook it disappeared and I can't find it anywhere. I've even
reinstalled Ofice and its still missing. Is there any way I can recover it?

Outlook 2003? Make sure OE is set as the default newsreader in Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
