Lost Network Password - Help

Hiya,

im new to using a computer and im trying to access my pop3 emails... it
asks for a user name and password and i cant remember my password.. is there
a way i can recover it or reset it?

oh its the network user name and password... any ideas or places i could go?

You need to contact your service provider for your e-mail. Typically, this
is your ISP, Internet Service Provider. If they are providing you with your
e-mail service, you must contact them for your user name and password.
