Lost My Webs on hard drive

I dont have a copy of my web on my harddrive. I thought i backed it up. I
cant find it. Is there a way to get my website folders, images etc... from
the web server that it is located on. Do i have to contact them. Someone
please help me.

Does the remote web server have the FP extensions? If so then open the web
directly in FP via File Menu | Open Web and enter
http://www.yourwebsite.com, then do File Menu | Publish Web and enter a
location on your HD, such as C:\mywebsite
