lost my refresh rate

i reloaded my labtop i few months ago and since then i my
screen jumps and i haven't been able to use my dvd
player. it says that my refresh is to low and that i
sould increase it to over 75, but when i tried to it only
allows it to be in the default setting. i have tried to
find a patch or update for it with no success. i could
use some advice.

Hi,

After reloading hte laptop. did you reinstall the video drivers. That is the
reason for the slow refresh rate. Use the drivers provided along with the
laptop to restore the video card drivers.
