Lost My D & E drives

My e drive wont oen. my d drive opens but won't read. In
windows explorer it show no d or e drive. can anybody help
me get this off the net. I tried microsoft and had no luck
 
try to look the drivers in disk Manager (right click in My computer and go
to manager ).
 
Are these dynamic or basic? Are they physical disks or partitions/logical
drives? Have you run chkdsk? Have the disks physically failed?
