Computer routinely loses control of pointer as it rolls
without prompting to top RH corner and cannot be
recovered. Reloaded latest Kensington drivers, problem
briefly went away but returned. Seems to occur routinely
when internet searches commenced. Suspect virus or issue
with unsolicited internet search bars.

Three things:

1) Uninstall the drivers/software completely (using Add/Remove Programs
in Control Panel or whatever you have to do). Then remove the mouse
from Device Manager (Click Start-Run-Type devmgmt.msc and click OK)

2) Go to www.lavasoftusa.com and download Ad-Aware. Install this and run
it on your computer.

3) Go to http://us.mcafee.com and use their free online Antivirus scanner.

I forgot to add, after you have done those three things and done a
reboot. Install the latest drivers again.
