Hi I have a 80gb ibm harddrive and it was split up in four
partisions.Planning to add win 98 to my xp configuration I used partision
magic to create a new partision
for me.It was meant to come between c and d.Instead partision magic created
a partision after F called G and it was there my operativesystem ended
up.And the C partision turned out to be the one I just made.Trying to get
this mess sorted out I deleted all partisions with fdisk and tried to make
the whole procedure over again. But unfortunally Fdisk now only find the
former C that was created and the size of that is 8 gb.So I'missing 72 gb
and have no idea how to get the missing part back.Do anyone know any program
or whatever that could help me in this mess I created by myself I'll be very
greatfull.
regards

Try Media Tools free demo

It takes a little getting used to. If it sees your lost partitions and folders
then buy the full version, which has recovery capability. It's pricey, but the
stuff on your partitions is probably worth it.
