lost icon bar

My vba icon bar(just below the menu bar) has disappeared
How do I get it back?
 
In the VBA window, pull-down:

View > Toolbars > and then select your bars
 
No I mean the row of icons just below the menu bar that has "File" - "Edit" etc
 
I found it
Actually you just click on an empty space on the menu bar and click Standard
