Menu Bar disappear

When I open Excel 2003, the menu bar on the top is disappeared. How can I
restore the menu bar?

FYI, menu bar is the "File/ Edit/ View/ Insert/ Format/ Tools/ Data/ Window/
Help" on the top.

Right click on any of the menu bars for a list of almost all of the
available menu bars. The ones that are checked are the ones showing right
now. Click 'Customize' then the tab 'Toolbars' and scroll to the bottom. The
one you want is 'Worksheet Menu Bar'. Check that and you menu should be
back.
