Menu bar on excel is missing?

The menu bar "File Edit View Insert Format" etc has disappeared from my excel
files (Office XP). How can I get this back?
 
Click Tools - Customize - under Toolbars tab - click the "Worksheet Menu Bar"
option. Hope it works. Let us know!
