Lost Hotmail password

I've already lost 2 a/cs by forgetting the passwords.
I've also changed the "Referral" address, so how to get them back?

Although, this group is for Outlook issues, you might try to do the
following:

Pls visit the website of Hotmail. There will be a link "Forgot my password"
or something similar. Click on that. Afterwards you will be asked the same
secret questions that you had when you created your Hotmail account (like
the color of your car, name of your mother or things like that). If you can
answer all these questions, then you will be provided with a new password.
