Lost GB on new hard drive

I bought a new hard drive 200GB

But it only shows 127GB in Windows.

What happened to the other 70 or so GB??

Any help or advice appreciated.

Start/run/regedit
select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
navigate to system/services/atapi/parameters
right click for new
Select Dword name it EnableBigLba (take note of case)
set value to 1
end regedit
rebootOn Sun, 20 Feb 2005 17:53:58 +1000, "eXistenZ"

Yes, that worked.
After reboot PartitionMagic showed 60GB
of unallocated space...I then created a new partition
using the 60GB.
