lost disk

I need to re-format my hard drive but am unable to find
my xp disk. My house has been torn apart by my wife and
it is just gone (if I had a dog I would say he ate it).

Is there some way I can prove that I'm a registered owner
of XP and get a replacement or a download?

Any assistance (other than look behind the couch) would
be helpfull.
