Lost Control, missing dlls?

I must have deleted some dlls. I cannot use my printer
from my user on xp - but the other user ids can. I
cannot hear sounds, change desktop wallpaper or sync my
pda. Is there a "MVP" that can help with this problem?
I realy don't want to re load xp if I can help it.
