i am using windows xp professional. when i logged on as administrator and a
few seconds after the message "loading your personal settings" appeared, the
screen just displayed my wallpaper and no desktop icons appeared. neither did
the toolbar appear on the desktop. can someone please help me how to make the
icons and toolbars reappear. that is the only administrator account in my
computer and i cannot access my files when i log on as another user. please?
