Lost Content IE.5 Folder in XP Home Edition SP2

I ran an anti-spyware program in advanced mode to eliminate internet tracks
and it removed my Content IE.5 Folder (I use 6.0). It only removed it from my
Administrator Account but is still in a Limited account. I can't update
Microsoft Anti-Spyware .dats or download pictures from Webshots because both
go to this Temporary Internet Files folder first. How do I re-install the
Content IE.5 into my user account without re-installing XP as my computer
tech support says? All help is greatly appreciated.

Does the Anti-Spyware program that you used have a restore feature?

Mike,
Thanks for your reply. I either used Spybot or Microsoft's Anti-Spyware to
remove tracks. Spybot has a recovery mode but it's been awhile since this
happened so no help there. Microsoft's program doesn't appear to have a
restore feature. It seems like I should be able to use the Content IE.5
folder in the Limited account to replace the one I lost but have no idea if
it's possible, how to do it, or if it's a proper fix.
