Lost all info. in outlook how do I get it back

Some how my PC lost all the info. in Outlook and when I go to outlook it is
set up as if it was never used how do I get back my info. Is there a way to
restore outlook or restore the entire PC?

All of your Outlook data is stored in a file with a .PST extension. See

more help with recovering your data.
