Lost all my outlook messages, calendar & contacts

I was not able to open outlook - received the error message - Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook which was resolved by uising the recommended
solution of entering, outlook.exe /resetnavpane in the Search bar enter. I
have now lost all messages received and all contacts and calendar items
entered. Any idea how these can be restored?

File > Open and browse to your PST file. The default name of the file is
outlook.pst unless it has been purposely changed.
