Lost all .exe files. Please HELP HELP

I don't remember what caused it, spybot or ad aware, but I have lost all
execute files in windows. I have all my docs, icons but nothing opens, no
sys restore, programs etc. what must I do?? I tried REPAIRING windows but
all these files appear that say windows cannot find the file to open with??
I don't know what to do????

I doubt you have lost all .exe files, just the .exe association.
