Lost Admin Password

i lost my admin password and all the other local users
including mine is limmited and i forgot my admin password
i was woundering if there is a way to change it or reset
it or even add my user to the admin group with out re-
installing windows XP please help

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
