Lost admin password for my winxp pro

my admin password was accidently changed for my winxp pro
and I can not log on anymore I was told there was a way I
can bypass the admin logon on bootup and then be able to
chanbe the admin pass code. this is for my dell laptop
inspiron 2650

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
