Lost activation key

i am in the middle of formatting my PC, and I can't seem
to find the little green book that came with it with my
activating code. Does anyone know the process of getting
a new code or retrieving the old one? i've searched this
site from top to bottom and couldn't find the phone
number or link.

I have also searched compaq's site for any info on my
order (free upgrade), but no luck their either.

Any help is appreciated!
