Lost a file in briefcase

I've deleted a word document from brifcase on the notbook
I created it on, but now need to recover it. I'd not
synchronised with my pc because there was a fault with
synchronisation. Now I can't find the document in trash,
or if I do a search. It still appears in 'my recent
documents' but a warning comes up saying 'Problem with
shortcut. The drive or network connections that the
shortcut refers to is unnavailable. I'm connected to my
WAN all the time.

hi, i have the same problem as you. i've lost some precious docutments whose
loss is like a nightmare for me. if you have known the answer, pls kindly let
