Briefcase

I cannot synchronise briefcase with my removeable disc
(as I could with Windows 98) because "update all" does
not appear in the drop down menu even though the "help"
menu suggest it should be there.
Any ideas

It should be there. Run system file checker. Start --run--type in sfc
/scannow.
