How do I re-install the 'briefcase' application

When I installed XP Pro on my desktop PC I opted not to install the
'briefcase' application. Now I need it and I can't find a way to
install it. If I try 'add/remove windows components' from control
panel>add/remove programs, briefcase is not shown as an installable
option. I tried running 'add components' from the XP Pro CD but again
briefcase isn't there as an option. Briefcase IS installed on my
laptop but I don't know which files I should be copying from it to put
on my desktop. Any help appreciated. TIA
