Issues related to IE7 should be posted in the internet explorer newsgroup.
I would suggest you peruse the messages there first before posting to see if
this has been addressed.
May be you are setting the wrong thing. Here is the one you should tick :
Internet Options
Content tab
Settings button under Autocomplete
Tick ALL
Click OK twice

You could have probably kept IE7 by going to Tools... Internet Options...
Advanced... and put a checkmark before "Use inline AutoComplete"
