Lose Favorites if IE gets repaired??

Hello,
I want to repair IE but I want to know if I will lose my
Favorites...? If so, how do I save them??

Instead of taking the chance on them disappearing, go to File>Import/Export and
use the wizard to back them up. Get them back by the same method.
