IE 7 Reset/Resort Favorites ***Bennett***

I am having problems with IE7; I know this is the IE6 Newsgroup, but I saw no
choice for IE 7. My Dell Help Line says I need to Reset/Restore my IE7
settings, but that I will lose my 'Favorites' when I do this. I have played
around with Import/Export, but haven't been able to create a file of my
favorites. Is there a Tech Note describing how to Reset/Restore IE7 and at
the same time preserve 'Favorites?'
