Lord of the Rings Return of the King

Hi, my son and I would be so happy if we could get this
game to play. It is called "the lord of the rings return
of the king" demo. we put in the cd, and although i
believe we meet the system requirements and we have
current drivers, it said "could not prepare the display-
could not find any compatible direct 3D devices. We have
got EVERY other game to play on this computer but this
one. We would really appreciate any suggestions, THANKS!!!

Here are the Video Requirements for that game:

DirectX 8.1 compatible video card*

*Video card with 32 MB or more memory and one of these chipsets:
NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS or greater,
ATI Radeon 7500 or greater
