Have you updated your graphics and sound card drivers to the lastest
version?
Have you checked for any updates for the program after you installed it?
I need a little more information about your system to ensure I can attempt
repro of the issue to maybe find a work around or the cause.
It is good to post what OS you are running, What the Graphics card is you
are using? What sound card you are using? HOw much ram are you using? Also
if you checked theCommunity site
