looping problem

i am attempting to login to net agent, our company's booking agency....after
i type in my username & password, A screen pops up that says I still have an
active session. It asks if I would like to end that session and begin a new
one ( Yes or No) When I say Yes, it just takes me back to the login screen.
What do I do??? Help would be appreciated.

Most sessions will "time out" after a short while so you may have found
you can log in by now. Failing that you must get in touch with whoever
manages Net Agent.
You are unlikely to get much help here as this is not an Windows XP
problem. In fact, I suspect that the error message you are receiving is
not entirely correct and is misleading you. Sometimes programs can throw
up a default error message which is totally unrelated to the problem
because the program itself does not know what is wrong and does not have
a "correct" error message...if you see what I mean.
