Looking For Newsgroup For Win2K Help

Can you tell me the name of the newsgroup for windows 2k help? The
newsgroup I'm looking for is probably the counterpart of this one but for
Win2K.

My problem: I'm trying to create a new dial up connection in order to use a
dial up modem but Win2K/Pro is telling me: "You are restricted from running
the internet connection wizard. Contact your network administrator for more
information." However, this machine is in my home office and there is no
network administrator except, unfortunately, for me!
