I'm looking for "multi-OS boot" reference books. Any recommendations?

The best I've seen so far seems to be Rod Smith's "The Multi-Boot
Configuration Handbook," aka http://www.rodsbooks.com/multiboot/

Rod's book was published in 2000. Are there any resource that might
also cover more-recent topics?

fyi, I asked Rod in an email if he plans to make an updated edition of
his book.
