looking for - MP3 tag tool

S

Simon

don't know if any such thing exists, but I'm looking for a tool that I can
point at a folder of MP3's to get a report on missing tags...

I don't want an editing tool, I just want to identify those files that have
missing tags (despite processing them in batches, I often find that odd files
have missing tags, and usually not till AFTER I've written them off to
CD....)

Ideally I would be able to select or filter the tags I want to watch (or not
watch, as the case may be...)

seems to be plenty of tools around to edit tags, but this is something that
I've not run across before...

TIA

I use a program called mp3 tag tools. If you have it load a folder of mp3's
you can see what ones are missing tags and then write the tag.
