Have several MP3's that need to be tagged(my son did them in his basement)
I've tried half dozen or more tag editors but the ones I tried won't work.
You need a tag to edit, I need to create tags. Analog X's and DBpoweramp
converter won't even find the mp3. Any ideas appreciated.

1. Open the tagger - any tagger.

2. Type in the info.

I've used MP3Tag with good results:

This was after looking around quite a bit for a good one.
