I have a site and know html basics. But I'm looking to build a page that will do the following that's out of my reach
I would like to have people enter there first name, email address and city and state their from
Than allow other users to be able to search by state. Than have the ability to email people on the list
But I want the emails to somehow be invisible to person doing the search and secure

If someone out there thinks they can do this please email or call me by using our contacts page

What OS is your site hosted on?

Steven,

It is appears that your host is running Sun Unix, etc. but I don't see any mention server-side
scripting other than CGI, and not database support.

Correct, based on what they have written.

Powweb is a better choice, as they support PHP and MySQL.

Note: I only work on Windows based servers with ASP and Access with the ability to upgrade to MS SQL
server when needed.

But only 3 users at a time w/ MySQL

IMHO find a Windows based host and make sure they don't consider what you are trying to do as an Email broadcast service
- then be prepared to spend some significant bucks for a developer as your requirements are not trivial (especially as it pertains
to security and privacy)

You may want to search for Mail List Server Packages in ASP or PHP
