Webmaster Sites - Please advise

I have more of a general question for you webmasters out there... Hoping you
can save me a few hours of searching the internet...

I'm looking for a discussion group (similar to this one) or internet site I
can join for webmasters/webdesigners to share issues & knowledge, ask
questions, etc. above and beyond Frontpage. Does anyone know of sites like
this?

I'd appreciate your feedback.
