Feedback Form Errors

Guest

I am using Frontpage 2003. I have uploaded a feedback form to my site with
the results sent to an e-mail address. The results arrive OK but instead of
the user receiving a confirmation page of either my design or the default
one, an error message appears:
Frontpage error:
User: please report details to this sites webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
I have contacted my server provider who have tested and confirmed that
extentions are working OK.
Can you please help with this problem?
Many thanks

What did your web host say the server's application event log indicated?

I must admitt they were a little vaque, they only stated that everything was
working perfectly, and I received several test messages via a form they
created and uploaded to my site. Should I be more specific and request a
full event log report?

Open your live/remote site directly in FP and then create feedback form, using the defaults, but add
your email address, then test.

If you are certain your custom confirmation page exists, try recalculating
hyperlinks and republishing. URL for the form page might help if you continue
to have problems.
