Looking for a secure way to access terminal server from a browser

Is there a secure way for a remote user to connect to a
Windows 2000 Terminal Server using his browser with
minimum configuration.

The idea is to beat Citrix to the punch with a Microsoft
only solution that will work for users who are not very
computer literate and need to connect to their office
system from any place there is Internet Access.
