Looking for a Photo Album Program

Hi All,

I just got a new digital camera, and am looking for a photo album program
that will allow me to put the photo in a frame before printing so it looks
like it's in a real frame ... making sense? If anyone can recommend a
program like that for me ....... it'd would be great! Thanks in advance.
