Looking for a good email backup program

I already use Live One, and a 3rd party offsite backup system.

But I'd like to find a Email Backup program that will auto backup my emails
and restore my Vista Mail in case of a crash.
It would be great if it also remembered my extensive 'Rules' that I've
created.

You can easily do it manually. See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx The rules
are stored under the registry key.
