Lookeen Support Does Not Exist

One month ago Lookeen stopped indexing for me. I used the application's
built-in "dump" that sent information to 'lookeen.net', and never got a
response. I made an entry in their blog, and got no response. I posted a
question on their 'Installation' forum, and never got a response. I am
left to conclude that Lookeen is a dead product, as far as support goes.

I have replaced Lookeen with X1 which is functionally equal and seems to
have better support.
