Look out- server dumping Outlook 2003 emails

My server is dumping Outlook 2003 e-mails before they are
finally sent to people on the same e-mail network.
Everyone else outside this server can recieve Outlook 2003
e-mails fine, but none on the server can? What's this
server doing to me?

Have anything to do with Outlook going to unicode?
 
What mailserver are you using? Do you only have an Exchange account
configured?
Also contact your mail administrator to doublecheck your mailbox settings.
