Look in box

When i'm in excel, and I click file - open, and then
click the look in box arrow to try and open a file, excel
freezes. Does anyone know why or how to fix. I'm using
Win 2000 and Office 2000 with all updates for both.

Same thing here, Office 2000 SP3, Win XP Pro. I think it's a bug that
installed itself with servicepack 2 or 3 for Office. Extremely annoying
error that has caused me lots of data loss.
