Excel-Open-Look In

MS Excel 2002 (10.6809.6811) SP3

MS Windows 2000 Professional

I am trying to find out why Excel takes a long time to respond when I press
the <Look In> arrow down to change to another folder.

Has anyone else experienced a long delay to change the current folder in the
look in bar? Has anyone found out how to repair this?

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
