Lonk users from changing Display

I want to keep users from changing ANY Display and Desktop
settings. I also want to keep users from right-clicking
to get to Display properties. Can these be done in XP?
 
Yes.. you need to look at group policies under Administrative tools area

make your account password protected and the only
administrator and create a guest account for other
users. as long as no one is logged into your account
your settings will stay the same vgl2u
